The client opens the LesPro application
The client searches their job needs based on the category; with results based on closest location and on reviews.

The client chooses the provider
The client chooses the provider(s) to chat with and provides more details about the job.

Provider submits a job order (invoice)
Provider submits a job order (single or multiple milestones), with details on what will be completed in the job, how long it will take and how much it will cost as well as the job location.

The client accepts or rejects the job order
The client accepts or rejects the job order. If the client accepts, he (she) submits the payment to LesPro.

LesPro holds the payment until the job is completed
Once a client submits the payment to LesPro, LesPro holds it until the job is completed by the provider. This is to protect both the client and the provider and avoid scam.

The service provider navigates to client’s location
The service provider navigates to the client's location to get the job done, and marks it as completed when done.

Client confirms job is done
Client confirms job is done and needs revision. Once confirmed money is released to provider.

The service provider and client leave ratings and reviews
At the end of each task/job,provider and client can rate each other from 1 to 5 stars.

LesPro sends money to the Provider’s account
LesPro sends money to the provider's account once the job completion is validated.
